We are looking for an Experiential Account Manager to join the Chaos team, running one of our busy divisions.
You should have minimum 5 years experience in a marketing / agency environment and be motivated and experienced in delivering turn-key experiential solutions. Being able to multi-task and think on your feet is key to this position.
You should also have a clear idea of how agency culture works and be prepared for hard work, long meetings and the challenge of delivering integrated experiential and activation solutions in a complex environment.

- Skill Sets Required
• Proven work experience as an Event / Account Manager with Experiential skills.• An understanding of agency management software• Experience running event projects from start to finish• In-depth understanding of experiential strategy• Experience with customer service and account management• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Strong analytical skills
- Key Responsibilities
Act as the central point of contact for clients within the Business Unit.• Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact• Deliver turnkey event and experiential projects• Contribute to the creative process around all aspects of experiential projects.• Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner• Report on outcomes and learnings of projects• Integrate with other Chaos operational and account management teams.
